SPRING IS IN THE AIR AND IT'S TIME NOW TO COME CHECK OUT NATURES MOST AMAZING WILDFLOWER DISPLAY
The peak winter season has come and gone in a flurry and it's now our favourite time of the year out here at Girraween - SPRING! With such a warmer winter this year mother nature is out showing her blossoming colours with what has already and is still a spectacular wattle display throughout the region.
The birds are trilling, the kangaroos are hopping and the wombats are rousing it's time to get the kids off the mobile, tv and computer and have them running around outside, checking out mother natures television show.
The most enchanting time of the year on the Granite Belt where the nights are still chilly enough for that beautiful romantic fire or to toast the marshmallows with the kids. The days are superb, with brilliant clear blue forget-me-not skies and rays of sunshine. Running to and relaxing in the hot outdoor spa, is now not quite such chilling a journey.
With the wildflower displays, animals to wonder at, granite outcrops begging to be climbed you will be constantly amazed and you can always sit back relax and just laze in front of your own private fire as the mood takes you. No internet, tv or mobile - disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with each other.
